General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales
Download official PDF ↓This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales (hereinafter: the General Terms and Conditions) governing the rights and obligations between PEPERMINT d.o.o. and you when purchasing a ticket for one of the events organised by PEPERMINT d.o.o.
By purchasing a ticket, you accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully.
In the event of any breach of these General Terms and Conditions, PEPERMINT d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel tickets, refuse entry, remove the holder or confiscate offensive items, as the case may be, and in any event to retain all monies paid for the ticket concerned.

DEFINITIONS
- BUYER / CONSUMER: any natural person who concludes a legal transaction or operates on the market outside their trade, business, craft or professional activity, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- EVENT: a festival, conference, gathering or other organised event for which a ticket may be purchased via the websites

- SELLER / TRADER / ORGANISER: PEPERMINT d.o.o. - the organiser of the event and the issuer of tickets.
- TICKET - confirmation of the right of entry to the Event in digital form (QR code) or another form.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pepermint reserves the right to amend the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions at any time, should it deem it necessary. All changes will be published on the Seller's website. We advise buyers to check this section regularly for changes in order to ensure that you have up-to-date information, since you are bound by these General Terms and Conditions. In the event that you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will be bound by the updated version of these Terms and Conditions.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment for tickets may be made by bank transfer directly to the account of PEPERMINT d.o.o., in accordance with the instructions provided on the payment page.
VAT is calculated pursuant to Article 21 of the VAT Act, given that the service is performed within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and we are obliged by law to calculate and state VAT.
DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Following the recorded payment, the applicant will be sent a link through which the first names, surnames and e-mail addresses of the participants must be entered. Once all the details have been entered, tickets with the corresponding QR code will be delivered to the participants at the specified e-mail addresses. Changes to the details are possible up to the moment the QR code is scanned, i.e. invalidated.
You will also find your unique QR code, which will grant entry to the festival, in the My.Weekend application, upon registration with the same e-mail address entered on the link.
CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND CHANGES TO THE EVENT
The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, venue or programme of the event, as well as the right to postpone or cancel the event, in particular in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Organiser's control, including but not limited to states of war, natural disasters and catastrophes, prohibitions or restrictions imposed by the competent authorities, or other extraordinary circumstances.
In the event of postponement of the event, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date on which the event is held. The Organiser will, at its own discretion and to the extent possible, notify buyers of the new date through its official communication channels. In the event of postponement of the event, the buyer is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket, unless the Organiser expressly decides otherwise.
In the event of definitive cancellation of the event by the Organiser, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket. The refund will be made in the amount of the nominal value of the ticket, whereas distribution costs, reservation, administrative or transaction fees, where applicable, need not be refunded. The refund will be made in the manner and within the period determined by the Organiser or the authorised sales agent.
The Organiser is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the buyer in connection with attending the event, including but not limited to costs of transport, accommodation, parking or other related costs.
A refund of the amount paid for the ticket is not possible for the buyer's personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, business or private obligations, a change of plans or of mind, inability to attend the event, or other circumstances on the buyer's side.
Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 1, point 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23), the buyer is not entitled to unilaterally terminate a distance contract, since the subject matter of the contract is the provision of services related to leisure activities to be provided at a specific time or during a specific period.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23), the user may submit a written complaint to the e-mail address: info@weekend.hr or by post to the address: PEPERMINT d.o.o., Ulica Republike Austrije 27, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. In the complaint, please state your first name, surname and an e-mail or postal address for delivery of the reply. We will deliver a reply to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, PEPERMINT d.o.o. and you will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in the Republic of Croatia under Croatian law shall have jurisdiction, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise. Disputes may be resolved before the Court of Honour or other mediation centres.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller processes buyers' personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the ticket purchase contract, recording and controlling entry to the Event, fulfilling the Seller's/Trader's legal obligations, and communicating with Buyers in connection with the Event.
