Everything you need to know.
Essential information
Once payment against the proforma invoice has been made for the requested number of tickets and the email addresses have been provided, in early September each individual email address will receive a message with instructions for retrieving your digital QR code.
You will also find your unique QR code — which grants entry to the festival — in the My.Weekend app, after registering with the same email used for the sign-up. The same code will be attached to the email you receive.
Entry to the festival is possible exclusively with the code above, so please make sure you have it with you before arriving at the registration desk.

Press
Contact email address:
press@weekendmediafestival.comWould you like to cover Weekend.19 as a media representative?
Press accreditation is obtained by sending an email exclusively from a business email address to press@weekendmediafestival.com. Every accreditation must be confirmed by the organising team. To issue accreditation, you must provide your full name and a business email address; otherwise the accreditation will not be approved.
We look forward to seeing you in Rovinj at the best Weekend of the year!
A note on filming and photography
At the Weekend.19 venue (HR.Weekend, Tech.Weekend, Finance.Weekend, Investment.Weekend, Energy.Weekend, Health.Weekend, Education.Weekend) numerous television crews and photographers will be filming.
When photographing and filming, and when using a drone to capture talks and/or short video clips or the atmosphere, we will process your image, movements, hair colour and similar, all on the basis of legitimate interest. Simply by entering the festival premises, expect to be filmed and photographed. Participants in individual panels may film the events they take part in themselves and later share them for the purpose of their own promotion.
All material from Weekend.19 may be used globally for the promotional purposes of the Weekend.19 festival.
Your rights are: the right to access, erasure, rectification, objection and portability of the processing. You can read more about the processing of personal data and your rights in the Privacy Policy.
Q&A
We have gathered the most frequently asked questions about this year's edition of Weekend.19.
Where and when will Weekend.19 take place?
Weekend.19 will take place from 24 to 27 September at the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, at Obala Vladimira Nazora 1, Rovinj.
What does the ticket include and what does it not include?
The ticket includes entry to all talks, panels and concerts across all three days of the festival.
The ticket does NOT include food and drinks, travel arrangements or hotel reservations.
What is PRESS accreditation?
A special type of registration for journalists, photographers and bloggers who attend with the aim of covering the festival and producing and distributing releases or publishing on their own channels. Requests are submitted on the Press page. A completed form does not guarantee accreditation — our team communicates its decision within 7 days of the application.
Can a Weekend.19 ticket be used to access the other festivals?
Yes. Weekend.19 attendees are granted access to all the other festivals (HR, Tech, Finance, Investment, Energy, Health and Education), and vice versa. All visitors may attend all talks, workshops, panels and concerts across all three days.
How will I receive my ticket?
Once payment against the proforma invoice has been made, an email with a QR code arrives at your email address; you use it to accredit yourself at the accreditation desk at the festival. If the email has not arrived, check your Promotions or spam folders.
Still haven't received your ticket?
The two most common reasons: 1) the email ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder — check those folders; 2)your company's firewall is blocking incoming emails from external organisations.
In the meantime, you can access your ticket via the app:
- Download the My.Weekend app: t.ly/myweek
- Enter the email you used to register in the system
- You will receive a one-time OTC code to access your digital ticket
If you do not receive the code, contact support: support@goodtogo.hr.
Is a ticket refund possible?
The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, location or programme, and to postpone/cancel in extraordinary circumstances. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date; no refund is issued unless the organiser explicitly decides otherwise.
In the event of a definitive cancellation, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the nominal value of the ticket (excluding distribution costs/transaction fees).
A refund is not possible for the buyer's personal reasons (illness, obligations, change of plans and similar). Pursuant to Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is not entitled to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract because it concerns leisure services provided within a specific period.
