For a century and a half, tobacco was produced in this building. To one generation, Rovinj and Ronhillmeant the same thing. The factory fell silent, but the building remained — and once a year, at the end of September, it fills again with the smoke of conversations, laughter, panels and meetings that don't end before three in the morning.

The nineteenth edition brings eight parallel festivals under one roof. Technology, energy, human resources, finance, investment, healthcare, education — and at the centre of it all the reason everything began back in 2008: media and communications. Each sub-festival breathes on its own, yet all breathe in the same space, at the same time, under the same blue Istrian sky.
