It’s time to celebrate the projects that aren’t afraid to push the boundaries of HR practice.
The Adriatic HR Awards celebrate projects that recognise and reward initiatives making a real impact on people, culture and the day-to-day operations of organisations. The focus is on authentic, locally conceived projects with proven results.
HR is no longer support for the system. HR is the system.
Who can join this story?
The stage is open to companies, HR teams, agencies and individuals behind projects delivered in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina during 2025 and 2026.
Only authentic, locally conceived and fully delivered projects are accepted.
Focus on key areas
The areas we cover span everything that lies at the heart of modern HR today.
The categories include recruitment and employer branding, employee development, organisational culture, DEI initiatives and the application of HR technology.
Grand Prix
Alongside the winners in each of the listed categories, we also award a Grand Prix for each country separately.
The Grand Prix goes to the project with the highest score across all categories.
For HR teams
For HR teams, this is an opportunity to show how their role shapes the business.
