We recognise organisations with an exceptionally strong workplace culture — based solely on the opinions and feedback of employees.
Luppa presents the Top Workplace and Best of the Best awards to organisations with an exceptional workplace culture. These awards recognise employers who create a positive working environment, promote excellence and encourage continuous improvement of people-management practices.
The winners stand out as role models in leadership, communication, employee development and wellbeing.

When Luppa launched the Top Workplace award, the goal was to recognise organisations that truly listen to their employees and invest in organisational culture. The award has become a respected benchmark of workplace excellence, and the recognition comes directly from the voices and experiences of employees themselves.
Daniel Ackermann, CEO, Luppa: “Seeing such an exceptional level of participation, interest and competition makes me very happy and proud, because it shows that we have truly succeeded in this mission.”

Winners are selected across 21 industries (IT, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, tourism, manufacturing, healthcare, the public sector and others).
The evaluation is based on three key criteria, with companies required to score at least 15% above market/industry benchmarks: eNPS, employee engagement and overall satisfaction.
Overall satisfaction is measured across 12 dimensions: communication, work-life balance, leadership, collaboration, learning and development, work organisation, engagement, loyalty, innovation and change management, working conditions, vision and purpose, and autonomy.
The number of winners per industry varies — some industries may have multiple winners, and some none if the criteria are not met.

The Best of the Best recognition is awarded to organisations that score at least 25% above industry/market benchmarks.
Ranking is carried out among the top 3 organisations by market (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and by organisation size (small, medium, large).
The survey is conducted through the Luppa Deep Dive module between 15 September of the previous year and 15 September of the current year, and must be completed by the final deadline.
The organisation must be legally registered in the country of application.
A minimum of 10 employees is required.
It strengthens the employer brand and signals excellence and a leading position in the industry.
It attracts high-quality talent and reduces hiring costs.
The recognition can be featured on career pages and in job ads.
Recognised employees feel valued, which increases retention and loyalty.
