HR Manager of the Year
Nominations are open for this prestigious professional award, which recognises individuals whose work significantly contributes to the development of organisations, employees and the HR profession in Croatia.
The award is presented to HR professionals who, through their knowledge, innovative approaches and strategic action, advance human resources management and demonstrate how the HR function can play a key role in an organisation’s business success.
Who can nominate candidates?
Candidates can be nominated by: colleagues within the organisation, superiors or board members, partners and associates, members of the HR community, as well as candidates themselves via the online form (self-nomination).
Purpose of the award
The purpose of the HR Manager of the Year award is to: promote excellence in human resources management; recognise the leaders who shape modern organisations; encourage the development and visibility of the HR profession within the business community.
Announcement of the winner
The award winner will be announced at HR.WEEKEND, the regional gathering of HR professionals, held from 24 to 27 September 2026.
