Aleksandar Gavrilović, who leads the game development studio Gamechuck, also holds the position of Secretary-General of the Croatian Video Game Developers Cluster from 2021 to 2023. Several successful computer games have been made by the Gamechuck studio, with their most recent product, “Paws of Coal,” entering the market in May 2023. They are now working on “Trip the Ark Fantastic,” the first Croatian game to be selected for funding by the European Union’s MEDIA Fund for video game production. They are also working on a game called “Profesor Baltazar,” for which they have acquired intellectual property rights from Zagreb Film and are receiving funding from the Croatian Audiovisual Centre. Gamechuck Studio has showcased its work at events like Design Week and has received nominations for various awards at international exhibitions, including AzPlay Bilbao, Casual Connect London, Filmteractive Warsaw, and many others. The studio currently employs 16 individuals.
