After completing his degree in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, Aco continued his education, earning an Executive MBA from the Cotrugli Business School. Throughout his professional development, he actively pursued further education at famous institutions such as the NLP Leadership Academy, Integral School of Organizational Development, and the Aspen Institute. Since the beginning of 2018, Aco has established his own company, FutureHR, where he serves as a business expert and advisor to various clients. His projects span a wide range of areas, including defining a company’s vision and mission, corporate branding, organizational design, recruitment, education, compensation and benefits, business consulting, and mentoring. Outside of his professional sphere, Aco is the President of the MBA Croatia association, bringing together MBA graduates in Croatia. He also holds the position of President of the business-humanitarian organization POZA, which is dedicated to promoting corporate responsibility and social welfare. As a co-founder of the Global AI Ethics Institute, Aco plays a crucial role in shaping the ethical framework of artificial intelligence on a global scale. With a deep understanding of the potential benefits and risks associated with AI, he is committed to advocating for responsible and ethical practices in the development and implementation of AI technologies.
