WHO SITS AT THIS TABLE?
To keep the quality of the format, the number of seats is limited and participation is not guaranteed by applying.
Applications are open to HR leaders and executive HR professionals who:
- come from companies with 500+ employees
- hold an executive or strategic HR role
- have direct responsibility for, or significant influence on, HR strategy and organizational development
- help shape topics such as People & Culture, employer branding, talent management, culture or leadership development
- come from companies where HR has a clear and strategically important business role
- come from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia or the wider region
- have experience, a point of view and something to say – yet are open enough to hear how others do it

After applications close, we get back to selected participants and share the topics that will be open for further discussion at DHRUŽENJE itself.
Participants join moderated round tables and choose the topic they want to contribute to.
Each discussion lasts up to 60 minutes, followed by time for further introductions, connecting and continuing the conversation.
