To make things as easy as possible for you and assist with all questions related to this year’s edition of Weekend.19, we have gathered some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.
The Weekend.19 will take place from September 24th to 27th at the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, located at Obala Vladimira Nazora 1, Rovinj.
The ticket includes access to all lectures, panels, and concerts during all three days of the festival.
The ticket does NOT include food and beverage consumption, travel arrangements, or hotel accommodations.
A special type of registration is available for journalists, photographers, and bloggers who are attending the Festival with the purpose of media coverage, including writing and distributing press releases or publishing content on their own channels.
Press accreditation requests must be submitted through our website.
Please note that submitting the application form does not guarantee accreditation. Our team will inform you within 7 days of your submission whether your PRESS accreditation has been approved or not.
Participants of Weekend.19 will be granted access to all other festivals (HR.Weekend, Tech.Weekend, Finance.Weekend, Investment.Weekend, Energy.Weekend, Health.Weekend, and Education.Weekend), and vice versa.
All visitors of any of the festivals will be able to attend all lectures, workshops, panels, concerts, and side events throughout the three days of the festival.
Upon completion of payment based on the proforma invoice for the requested number of tickets, you will receive an email at your address containing a QR code, which you will use to accredit yourself at our accreditation office at the Festival.
If you have not received the email with the QR code, please check your Promotions or Spam folders.
Sometimes it happens that the email with the ticket download details has been successfully sent to your email address, but you are unable to find it in your inbox.
Below are the two most common reasons why this may happen and how to resolve the issue:
1. The email ended up in the SPAM/JUNK folder
The email with the ticket download details may have been filtered into your spam/junk folder.
Please check these folders, and if you find the email, proceed with the registration process according to the instructions provided within it.
2. A strong company firewall is blocking incoming emails from external organizations
In some cases, a company’s security settings may block incoming emails from external organizations.
If this is the case, you will not receive emails (including the one with ticket download details) until the restriction is removed.
In the meantime, you can access your ticket in the following way:
-
Download the mobile app via this link: https://t.ly/myweek
-
Enter the email address you used to register (the one you provided to the Weekend team)
-
You will receive a one-time OTC (One Time Code) to verify your account and access your digital ticket.
If you still do not receive the OTC code, please contact our support team directly at support@goodtogo.hr so that you can receive the code, complete your registration, and access your digital ticket.
What if a participant from the invite list hasn’t received the email?
The person who received the link for entering participants’ email addresses (the invite list) has access to all tickets and can enter and update participants’ email addresses (for example, replacing a business email with a private one).
This is also the most secure way to ensure that participants receive invitation emails with ticket download details and the OTC code for accessing the app.
To resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please contact our support team at support@goodtogo.hr if you experience further problems.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or program of the event, as well as the right to postpone or cancel the event, particularly in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, acts of God, restrictions or prohibitions imposed by competent authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of the final cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
The refund will be issued in the amount of the nominal ticket value, while distribution, reservation, administrative, or transaction fees, if applicable, may not be refunded. The refund will be processed in the manner and within the timeframe determined by the Organizer or the authorized ticketing agent. The Organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer in connection with attending the event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, parking, or other related expenses.
Refunds are not available for personal reasons of the customer, including but not limited to illness, business or private obligations, changes in plans or opinions, inability to attend the event, or other circumstances on the customer’s side.
In accordance with Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23), the customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract, as the subject of the contract is the provision of services related to leisure activities to be provided at a specific time or within a defined period.
