Božo Skoko

“Good entertainment, networking, socializing, and in-depth panel discussions which provide an inexhaustible source of inspiration are at the center of our vision of a good Weekend. This year we managed to outdo ourselves with the support of Adris Group, a partner and sponsor who has been with us from the very beginning. Together we designed a program that will undoubtedly remain in the memory of the visitors of this special edition of the Weekend for a long time to come. We are so proud that the Weekend has been around for 15 unforgettable years. This only goes to show how we manage to justify the high expectations of visitors from the entire region and present, as well as set, the latest trends in a range of industries,” emphasized Tomo Ricov, director of the Weekend Media Festival and the Pepermint agency.

This year’s Weekend program comprehensively follows current events and news from the marketing, communication, media, creative, sports, and IT industries, as well as psychology, gastronomy and economics, in order to present and set new trends. The Weekend certainly owes its longevity to the creative mix of numerous industries and competent experts from various fields.

“The Weekend has become an institution. It’s a place of inspiration, education, socializing and deal-making held on the last summer weekend of the year in one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic. That is why the exceptional turnout of guests from Croatia and the entire region is not surprising. We are especially proud to be hosting the prestigious Golden Drum, one of the most important European marketing and advertising festivals which awards the year’s best creative achievements—usually held in the Slovenian town of Portorož. This co-branding will provide us with additional freshness and inspiration,” announced Božo Skoko, public relations expert from Millenium Promotions, which is a partner of the Festival.
