Mirna Radošević is a visionary and dedicated leader with a deep passion for life and human development. As the co-founder of Salveo, a pharmaceutical company operating in Central and Eastern Europe, and Salvea, a pediatric polyclinic in Zagreb, she serves as Chief Reinvention Officer, actively connecting business, spirituality, and personal development.
Salveo was founded in 2007 in Zagreb and Sarajevo with just three employees and has since grown steadily across Central and Eastern Europe. Today, the company operates in 8 CEE markets with nearly 200 employees, with its success rooted in a strong organizational culture and collaborative leadership.
Mirna fosters an environment where mistakes are embraced as opportunities for learning. By focusing on strengths and trust, she co-creates innovative initiatives such as the School of Personal Development, the leadership podcast Space2Talk, social impact campaigns, and the MyPharmaSpace application – all aimed at delivering holistic, value-based solutions for the community.
Mirna holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Zagreb, and has completed a postgraduate specialist study in Marketing Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. She has also completed numerous certifications, including Executive Coaching (AoEC), Integral Coaching and Leadership (Sami Bugay), Organizational Development and Mentoring (ISOD), and Mindfulness and Meditation (ISOD). She is a certified Points of You® trainer and has completed an international certification in Systemic Management and Organizational Constellations (Cecilio Fernández Regojo).
Within her company, she has initiated a number of impactful programs, including the School of Personal Development, where she serves as a facilitator and educator, and which is offered free of charge to all employees. The program, titled “A Thousand Insights and All That I Am,” is designed for individuals ready to step out of their comfort zones and commit to personal growth. The school’s philosophy emphasizes self-awareness, authenticity, holistic development, and continuous self-discovery.
She also hosts the popular leadership podcast Space2Talk, which she produces on a voluntary basis, with the aim of raising awareness about conscious leadership and the development of healthy organizational cultures.
Through active volunteering with the Croatian Association of the Self-Medication Industry (CASI), Mirna contributes to the broader community. As one of the founding members and a member of CASI’s editorial board, she played a key role in the development of two important manuals for pharmaceutical practice in Croatia:
• Manual for Self-Medication – a comprehensive guide promoting safe self-care and patient empowerment;
• Manual for the Application of Dietary Supplements – the first of its kind in Croatia, intended to support healthcare professionals in making evidence-based decisions.
Both publications serve as valuable resources for pharmacists and healthcare professionals, contributing to the improvement of healthcare standards within the community.
Following her recovery from a serious illness, Mirna transformed her experience into a mission to inspire people to live courageously, consciously, and fully. Through coaching, mentoring, and workshops, she promotes leadership based on empathy and authenticity. She believes in the strength of the human spirit, collective unity, and the integration of ancient wisdom with modern life.
Mirna’s key values are awareness, truth, and inner peace amidst chaos. She leads with courage—open to expert advice, grounded in reflection, and unattached to outcomes, recognizing that every experience holds meaning and insight. Her most significant projects are collaborative, and she thrives in co-creation.
