Info – Registration fees

Your accreditation is an all-access pass!

Your accreditation allows you to enter all lectures, presentations, panels, workshops and concerts for all three days of the festival. Breakfast, lunch and drinks are not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including hotel reservations. Please read our registration rules before applying for accreditation.

Substitutions and cancellations

You can transfer the application to another person by contacting us at info@weekendmediafestival.com in writing no later than September 6, 2021. Your request must include your name and e-mail address, as well as the details of the person who will take your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new person.
If you wish to cancel your participation, you must submit your request in writing to info@weekendmediafestival.com no later than September 6, 2021. After canceling, you will receive 80% of the paid accreditation amount, after deducting VAT. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the festival, as well as participants who fail attend, will be charged the full registration fee.

* In case of the festival being canceled, all payments will be refunded in full.

Speakers and schedule

Although we try our best to establish a list of speakers and a schedule of events, “life happens” and circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Therefore, all announcements of speakers and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

Privacy policy

All contact and personal information we collect about you will never be shared outside of the Weekend Media Festival. We may share information with our sponsors from time to time, but in all such cases, that information will be completely anonymous.
By attending the Weekend Media Festival, you agree that you may be filmed and photographed. You also agree that all material from the Weekend Media Festival may be used globally for promotional purposes of the Weekend Media Festival.
