Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Managing Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph, the global partner of leading media platforms such as Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit, and Digital Turbine. With its proprietary technology and expertise, Aleph builds a digital ecosystem that enables all advertisers to access the potential of digital platforms.
Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 with the goal of implementing Aleph’s global vision within the local market. Her leadership led to a successful company restructuring and significant growth. In recognition of her achievements, the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (HUM – CROMA) awarded her the Manager of the Year for medium-sized enterprises in 2022.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she continuously developed her skills in business management and leadership. She holds an MBA from IECD Bled School of Management and completed the Facultas School for Personal and Organizational Development, an in-depth program in leadership and organizational growth. She also attended several international programs, including the Aleph Speaker Series at Stanford GSB Executive Education, MIT’s Presencing and Theory U, and U.Lab: Transforming Business, Society, and Self. In London, she completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, becoming a certified executive coach and a mindfulness- and neuroscience-based emotional intelligence leadership trainer.
Ivanka Mabić Gagić is also a co-founder of the LEAD.YOU association and is committed to sharing best practices in business development, marketing, and conscious leadership through teaching at both domestic and international educational institutions.
