After graduating in Computer Engineering, Matija completed an MBA program to combine her technical knowledge with business acumen. Throughout her career, she has worked at HT Eronet, Infocumulus, Span, and Five. From the very beginning of her career, B2B software for large enterprises has been her passion, and she has spent almost her entire career leading incredible teams to deliver outstanding enterprise solutions and products.
She has progressed through all stages of her career, from developer to product director, and is now the CEO and founder of Farseer. Farseer is a rapidly growing SaaS company for business modeling, planning, and analysis, based in Croatia. She successfully leads the company towards disrupting the planning software domain and finally providing financial professionals with an alternative better than Excel. Farseer’s long-term vision is to empower business users to build any type of enterprise software on Farseer. She is a mother, a former athlete, a passionate reader, and has recently found additional passion in creating content on LinkedIn and learning to play the piano.
