Branimir Bricelj joined Vindija as a member of the Management Board and CFO in 2024. Previously, he worked for 25 years in some of the leading investment banks such as Lazard and CAIB, in private equity and M&A advisory, and international corporations such as Pliva, Dava Pharma, and Alapis. He participated in M&A transactions and restructurings totaling over €14 billion. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed executive management education at IMD and INSEAD.
