Tomislav Popović is the president of the Maistra Management Board. He started his career at the Sheraton Hotel in Zagreb, after which he worked at the Institute for Tourism in Zagreb and later became the director of Hotel Kristal in Umag. He later continued his career in various executive positions at Riviera Poreč. Popović is also the former director of the Istria Tourist Board.
