Technology is an integral part of our lives today, which is why it’s of utmost importance to equip our future generations for global opportunities and the challenges that the 21st century brings. That’s why adopting digital skills from an early age is crucial for the success of future generations in Croatia. We often hear about the jobs of the future, many of which will demand digital literacy as a fundamental requirement. Achieving this involves introducing modern tools and innovations into our educational system. One such tool is the micro:bit devices, brought to Croatian schools by the ‘Digital Literacy Revolution’ project. These devices are advanced tools for delivering educational content in a digitally creative way, further contributing to digital literacy, the popularization of programming, and student engagement in STEM technologies. The project is being implemented on a national level, and so far, it has reached 25,000 students across Croatia.
