The financial envelope for the implementation of the Program for the period 2021-2027 is EUR 2.28 billion. Considering the generous financial envelope of the EU, as well as the potential of this sector, it leads to the need for a structured strengthening of the CCI sector in order to encourage its competitiveness at the global level through the development of new business models and the exploitation of the advantages of digital technologies. Digitization of companies from the KKI sector is a trigger for the expansion of consumption and monetization of cultural and creative goods, and its importance will continue to grow in the coming period. Accordingly, it is necessary to recognize the importance of investing in the KKI sector, its digitization and empowerment, especially through EU funds and co-financing, which will facilitate companies’ further development and profitability.
