Neostar Case Study

“Would you buy a used car from this man?” The famous slogan used in the Democratic campaign against Republican presidential candidate Richard Nixon in the 1960 US election is a great reminder that the auto industry, despite its many challenges, has always lacked reliability. Neostar decided to dive headlong into those murky waters in order to bring a sense of clarity by using the most effective weapon available today — technology. So, buying battered cars in parking lots from questionable characters who swear by their impeccable condition is slowly becoming ancient history. Neostar is a story about how to solve the problem of trust and change the traditional relationship between used car dealers, mechanics and customers, without either of the parties involved getting the short end of the stick — at least not under our watch.

His passion for cars has seen him rise to the position of CEO and member of the Management Board of the largest Croatian sales and service organization when it comes to cars.
