General information

Upon payment based on the proforma invoice for the requested number of registration fees and the submission of email addresses, each individual email address will receive an email at the beginning of September with instructions for retrieving a digital QR code.

You will find your unique QR code, which will grant access to the festival, in the My.Weekend app, by registering with the same email used for the application. The same code will be attached in the received email.

Access to the festival is only possible with the mentioned code, so please ensure that you have it with you before arriving at the registration desk.

The registration desk will operate according to the following schedule:

Thursday, September 19th: 17:00 – 01:00

Friday, September 20th: 09:30 – 01:00

Saturday, September 21st: 09:30 – 18:00

After scanning the code, you will receive a festival wristband, which every participant is required to wear throughout all festival days. The wristband cannot be replaced, and any loss, removal, or cutting of the wristband will be treated as a canceled accreditation, which will prevent access to the festival. Festival tickets for the Weekend Media Festival, HR.Weekend, AI Weekend, and Weekend Finance allow all visitors free entry to each of the mentioned festivals and related events. Cards only festival!

Cards Only Festival! This year again, the Weekend event is a cards only festival, meaning payments at the hospitality venues can only be made with payment cards. The benefit of using your Mastercard is a 10% discount on the total purchase amount during the Weekend event.
