Martin is a senior executive in Oracle’s Customer Experience cloud software business unit, where he is responsible for solution engineering and customer co-innovation programs across Europe. Prior to joining Oracle, Martin has held senior sales, business development and general management roles with several major software vendors as well as being a co-founder of two successful start-ups, the most recent being in the marketing technology and services domain. Martin is a passionate advocate and practitioner of conscious leadership, serving on the faculty team for Oracle’s global leadership development program and on the advisory board for the Strategic Marketing program at Cranfield Business School. Outside of his executive role in Oracle, Martin is an active participant in the start-up arena, as an advisor, mentor and angel investor.
