We are surrounded by screens: we watch television, surf on our mobile phones, check our e-mail as soon as we wake up and scroll through our Instagram feed while waiting at a traffic light. The number of hours spent in front of screens seems to be increasing, and we are slowly beginning to comprehend that we need a break. More and more people are trying to leave their mobile phones outside of their bedroom, or not use them during meetings, even contemplate going on digital detox weekends. How can we survive without mobile phones? How can we organize our non-digital life? What is the best digital detox advice?
